Salient features:
1.The grinding wheel’s outer diameter designed as 600mm, with strong cutting force.
2.The grinding wheel designed in cantilever type, and its spindle adopted five-plate long bearing
bushed static-hydrodynamical oil film bearing.
3.The roller guide regulating wheel feed slide moves quickly and accurately, and with long service life.
4.AC frequency converter is used for regulating wheel speed control .
5.Hydraulic transmission & stepless speed regulation are adopted on regulating wheel & grinding wheel dresser.
6.The machine equipped with pitching-in unit.
Main Application:
The grinder is mainly used for through-feed grinding of cylindrical surface of ring-type parts and bearings, as well as for manual plunge-cut grinding of various stepped, cones and cylindrical surface.
