Jacketed glass reactor is with double glass design, the inner layer placed reaction menstruum can do the mixing reaction, and the interlayer can be added with different cold and heat sources (frozen liquid, hot water or hot oil) to do loop heating or cooling reaction. At a set constant temperature, the mixing reaction can be carried out in the sealed glass reactor according to requirements under atmospheric pressure or negative pressure conditions, and the reflux and distillation of the reaction solution can also be done. It is the ideal pilot and production equipment of modern fine chemicals, biological pharmacy and synthesis of new materials.
1. Independent vapor riser can be adopted as per client’s request, with the vapor come into the condenser in downward direction, then liquid can be refluxed from the liquid sealing bottle under the condenser after condensing, therefore it avoids the second heating of menstruum caused by traditional way that vapor and liquid flowing in same direction, reflux, distillation, water separation etc can also be done with better effect same as mass production process.
2. Four raised apron can be fired in the reactor as per client’s request, so that fluid flow can be interfered when mixing to get to a more ideal mixing effect.
3. Special new discharging bottom and push type valve core which touches directly to the sealing face of the reactor liner, to ensure there will be no dead angle, and materials can be discharged thoroughly and quickly.
4. Frame can be sprayed with Teflon to get a better anti-corrosion effect as per client’s request.
5. Three layers glass reactor body is with perfect effect and good sight can be made according to customer’s requirements, whose cover can be connected to vacuum pump to preserve the heat when making ultralow temperature reaction.
