CONVEYOR BELT OF BURNING RESISTANCE

USAGE :

It is widely used in such industries as metallurgy, foundry, cement and chemical industry, with temperature for the delivered materials as 200°c - 600°c, which can be as high as 800°c Instantly.

Features :

1. The tension layer of working face is coated with a layer of special heat resisting fabric (GF sailcloth), Stabilized sailcloth (D.S.EP Sailcloth) of high modulus and low shrinkage is adopted for the tension layer.

2. The covering has a unique rubber stock formula. Charring layer of thermal insulation is formed when conveying high temperature materials.

3. Applicable rubberizing formula ensures a high adhesive force between fabric layers at high temperature, thus avoiding blister with substrate during application and offering good stability and long service life.
