- 10~25days after receiving 30% deposit or the L/C copy.
- 30% T/T in advance, balance after at sight of B/L copy
7. Remarks 1. Due to the camera settings,all products photos from Yorking Hardwood shall not be garanteed 100% same to the final products.
2. Color variations (within 10%) shall not be considered as quality problem and a short piece sample can never be a full representation of the flooring overviews.
Samples are needed to make sure you are purchasing the flooring with correct color effect.

Answer: You can glue or nail moldings to the wall only, never to the floor. | |
| Q2: Can we install laminate over carpet? | |
Answer: No, all carpet and padding should be removed completely prior to installation. | |
| Q3: How do I repair minor scratches? | |
Answer: Minor scratches or nicks can be repaired with laminate floor repair paste. This can be purchased in most retail flooring stores. | |
| Q4: Can pets damage my new laminate floor? | |
Answer: Yes, it is possible for dogs and cats to damage any type of flooring, including laminate flooring. Although Yorking Hardwood Floors are extremely durable they can be scratched by untrimmed pet claws. Keeping dogs and cats claws trimmed will help your floor look beautiful for many years. | |
| Q5: How do I replace one plank of my flooring due to damage? | |
| Answer: If the plank that needs replacing is close to the edge of the room, simply disassemble the floor to the position of the plank to be replaced and then reinstall the plank(s). There is a more complicated procedure if you need to replace a single hard-to-get-to plank. |
