Category:
Four different types: High temperature, Ordinary type, Low temperature and Cold type, they are used in the area for 0℃, -10 ℃, -20 ℃ and -30 ℃.
Classified by material: Tire base fabric type and non tire base fabric type.
Notes
The failure mode of low temperature tensile test is middle fracture, and shedding-free. It proves good adhesive, the maximal displacement is significantly higher than other similar material.
Features and Advantages
Customization, Variety: According to the climate characteristics of the construction site and the width, depth of road crack, you can choose different specification and repair one by one.
Special design for tectorial membrane like skirt:
1. Reduce the odor distributing.
2. Prevent adhesive between the belt, better stock and transportation.
3. It is convenient to tear off the membrane.
Soft material, convenient construction:
1. Function for low temperature of binder improves substantially, material is more soft and good for cornering pasting, do not need the rubber hammer to compact, thus construction efficiency is improved substantially.
2. Don’t need any tools, pure manual operation can paste 200-300 linear meter/(per*machine-team).
3. In the case of open traffic, rolling and compaction in a shorter period of time, the phenomenon of jump car can be eliminated in 15 days in the common temperature.
Strong joint, strong bonding:
1. Binder which the middle is thick and both sides is thin gradually is more easier to joint ground.
2. Double membrane attached, tear off the membrane when construction, the flat side of the taped seam should be bonded to the crack.
3. More than 15can be one-time closely bonded with the road.
Reliable technical: Watertight, not flow and glue wheel at high temperature, not embrittlement at low temperature, good durability, won’t destroy the road structure.
Strong applicability: Be used for crack treatment of concrete pavement,asphalt pavement and old road.
