Q: We want to buy Diamond Tools from your factory, how can I know the quality?
A: Try to make a trial, and then you will know clearly.
Nowadays, lots of people in the world like to use Chinese products though the quality is not the best while the price is very competitive. CHANGLI is one professional manufacturer in stone cutting field for over 21 years. CHANGLI would like to inform in your country who is using changli`s products and what the using result is. If not available we think a small amount trial order for testing is necessary.

Q:We are selling big quantity of saw blade in our country with our brand name only. Can we laser our logo on the blade?
A: We would prefer you to put our CHANGLI logo on the blades as CHANGLI is also famous in the field of diamond tools. But if you insist to put your own logo on the blades. We will also do it for you but need to charge some money. Maybe 1% of the blade cost.

Q: Can you offer FREE Samples?
A: CHANGLI never offer free samples, this is very high value products. There is not company would like to offer free samples, if you want to try the products please buy. According to CHANGLI`S experiences, the customers will cherish what they got if paying by money. The quantity of samples is small, but the cost is higher than mass production.

Q: Do you have office or agent in our country?
A: CHANGLI doesn't have agent in any country at present.

Q: What about the minimum quantity?
A: Any quantity order is available. For testing samples CHANGLI don't mind how many you buy.

Q: How can I get the best suitable diamond blades?
A: Offer CHANGLI more details about your stone and cutting machine parameters
1. Diamond Disc/Blade for sawing, slicing, splitting or any other applications
2. Stone Hardness, Abrasiveness and Grit Size, pictures or samples if possible
3. Machine used for Diamond Blades/Discs, Bridge Saw, Table Saw, Brick Saw, etc
4. Machine Main Motor, Spindle RPM, Feeding Speed and Cutting Depth
5. Thickness for Steel Core (blade without diamond segment) for suitable segment size
6. General request for Blade Life /Cutting Square Meters per blade;

Q: What we should do if your products can not run well?
A: Firstly, please check your installation, the working machines, and the working conditions, whether all these are in a normal situation
Secondly, please check out whether the co-operation is in the right way. If it is still not working, the reason is mainly in the products. In this case, please find out the reason according to your experience and run it again.
If still can not solve the problem, please take is off from your machine, and then give us detailed report. Our technician team will analyze the reason and to find out the solve way for you.
If it's CHANGLI 's problem and not possible to solve then CHANGLI gives replacement.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Air Cargo or DHL , the payment should be 100% T/T before shipment, But we also can consider other payment terms such as L/C to support our clients. This can be discussed.

Q: What about the delivery time after payment?
A: It depends on the quantity of order.
Usually within one week.
Special specification products by negotiation before order confirmation

Q: How about the transportation?
A: Urgent order with less weight or samples CHANGLI recommends courier service.
Normal (regular) order which weight over 45kgs changli recommend Air Cargo.
Big diameter saw blades or heavy weight changli recommend Sea Cargo.
Negotiation is too important before shipment.

Q: How to know more about the freight cost?
A: Calculate the total weight of your order.
Choose a shipping way.
Check the current freight cost with shipping forwarder.
