OCL-OSE OBM secondary emulsifier Drilling Fluid Additives Emulsifier
OCL-OSE oil-based secondary emulsifiers are used with primary emulsifier, respectively. It is a universal primary emulsifier, respectively, suitable for radical group of diesel oil, white oil and compounds. it is to help improve the strength of oil-based drilling fluid emulsion film, and is in favors of improving the stability, temperature resistance and contamination resistance of oil-based drilling fluid systems in the broader oil-water ratio (40 / 60-10 / 90) range significantly, making the performance of oil-based drilling fluid system easier to maintain; and it has a good compatibility with the primary emulsifier and other treatment agents. A variety of oil-based drilling fluid system configured with it can be increased barite, calcium carbonate and iron ore powders.
Mainly used as secondary emulsifier in OBM
Reduce the oil-water interfacial tension, improve stability of oil-base drilling fluid system
Recommended dosage: low temperature 1.0 ~ 1.5%, high temperature of 2.0 ~ 2.5%.
