1. Q: What's the delivery time?
A: Usually within 25-30 days, after 30% deposit received. According to your quantity.
2. Q: Can put my own LOGO on the products?
A: Yes. You can put your own LOGO on the products and also for the packing.
3. Q: How can I get the samples?
A: If you need some samples to test, we can supply the samples with our size for free. If you need the samples with your own size, we can make the samples for you, but you need to pay for the samples making fee. Of course the transportation freight should on your account.
4. Q: How long i can get the samples?
A: About 5-7 days to finish the samples base on your requested.

A: Yes, but pls take note the following
1. Keep lid open
2. At least 80% food volume to be fill tray
3. The tray should on the center of turntable
4. Keep tray away from wall of microwave
5. Use one tray per time
