Constituent Part
Host: frequency conversion motor. Materials are compacted by belt chains(SS) which are controled by pneumatic form.
Curly Part: torque motor driven; speed can be adjusted at any time; automatic; effort saving.
Cutting Part: variable speed motor; helical cutting roller(increase work life of rubber roller and blade); If high fiberglass content is required, such as above 30%, double roller can be designed on the machine. Any special requirements, contact me.
Electrical Control Part: central control to meet production requirements,components are well known brand

Technical Specification
1. Convey device: conveying the PE sheet by chain belt whose drive controlled by variable frequency adjusting technology , running stable, high speed adjustment precision with the precision of varying frequency of 0.1hz
2. resin paste scrapping device: using high precision scraper and plate with the gap accuracy up to 0.05mm to ensuring that the resin paste can be coated evenly on the PE sheet.
3. PE sheet feed: feeding the upper and lower PE sheet by Pneumatic control membrane tension with the stretcher with the function of flattening and wrinkle-smoothing to ensure that the PE sheet can be conveyed to the latexing area withconstant tension and without wrinkle
Pneumatic knife lifting device can make the scraper go up and down quickly and prevent the PE sheet damaged by the grain in the resin paste
4.Glass fiber cutting device: the pressure from pneumatic control knife roller and Pad pressure roller and screw installed blades make it run stable, prolong the service life of the blades and improve the quality of fiber glass yarn
variable frequency adjusting controlled knife roller can ensure the accuracy
with the use of chain belt speed adjusting device can ensure the high precision and stability of the fiberglass content
5.Retting and compaction : consisting of a series of roller, pressing by the pneumatic roller ,which can ensure the quality o the sheet
6. wind-up and box-up : sheet can be packed in roll or in box
with tension adjustment equipment for the two packing way to ensure the quality

Working
By forming a sandwich structure which the outside are two films and polyester resin, fiber glass yarn. release agent, hardeny agent, thickening agent, stuffing pigment etc in the middle.
