. Warranty:
We offer you our high quality and customers-tested products ,We have a quality assurance date which is 1 years. Under normal riding, if there is any damage not caused by human factors, products can be replaced from us.
This warranty does not cover:
>Normal wear and tear, any damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, or stunt riding (veld bashing, riding down stairs, or similar activities).
>Improper assembly or improper maintenance is not covered by warranty.
Shipping terms:
Will be shipped from Asia by Registered air mail ( EMS) with tracking number, take 3 ~ 20 business days to arrive normally.
Because our carbon frames, wheelsets, etc, is of big size, so the packing carton is of very big measure, and delivery by TNT, DHL, UPS, Fedex will be of very high delivery cost. So we usually choose EMS, or China Post (whose shipping cost is calculated on only real weight, not carton size).
If customers want to ship via TNT, DHL, UPS, we also can help you to ship via thesemetods.
