INSTALLATION
1. Connect the power outlet, turn on the power switch
1.Set OCA & Defoam specification
RE:Time set (40-45s)
OCA time(40-50s)
Defoam time(500-600S)
Other specs don’t need to modify or change!!
Back to the home page, press “heat” and “Start”, so that the machine will heat, and will reach setting temperature(Usually set range SV=45-50)
1.Open six bolts, check the cabin whether have extra items,put repair the LCD screen on black sponge mat, glass cover turn up, averagely tighten the six bolts.
Press “Start” to Run,the tighten again 6 bolts,make sure no gass leak out..
Wait machine run,machine pressure panel will turn to “0” as below
When all time run out,and all procedures completed,then averagely screw up 6 bolts,pull LCD screen out
RE:When pressure needle point to 0,then can open the up case.

Before OCA, cannot leave gass between cover & LCD screen.
If back of LCD screen have flex cable,must flat it,then can do OCA process.maintenance, maintenance considerations
