Performance and application
The QS E-car Hub Motors are designed as in-wheel motors intended for direct drive applications.
The in-wheel motor is designed to be installed on the rear axle in vehicles, which extremely suit for mini car
& light car which total weight is less than 1400kg (include driver), it also suit for normal car maximum 80KPH.
For this application two or four motors are needed, one for each wheel. This makes it a wide range applicable electric motor from electric scooter to hybrid & concept electric cars.
The QS 273 50H V3 type in-wheel motors are synchronous motors with outer rotor and a high number of poles.
They are excited by permanent magnets.
Comparing Wheel Hub Motor with Gear Differential Motor
1. Compact design, Simplify to make a electric-car. Gearbox, transmission shaft, clutch are no need. Which save space.
2. It could be installed in wheels, and easy to be hybrid car.

For QS 273 E-car in-wheel hub motor in same dimension,
3000W, 4000W, 5000W, 6000W, 7000W & 8000W rated are available (from 48V to 96V). We name it base on the height of magnet steel mainly, and differ a little base on the magnet grade and motor type.
E.g. 45H V2 & 45H V3, we call it 6000W.
50H V2 & 50H V3, we call it 8000W.

Electric Kits
The electric kits include electric motor, controllers, throttle pedal, speedometer, battery, charger,
brake system etc., we could offer electric motor, controller, throttle pedal & speedometer.
For 2 wheel driven EV, there should be 2x Motors, 2x controllers, 1x throttle pedal, 1x Speedometer.
For 4 wheel driven EV, there should be 4x Motors, 2x controllers, 1x throttle pedal, 1x speedometer.
When placing order, pls. advise below points:
1. E-scooter, E-tricycle or E-car, tire model?
2. Volt and wattage of motor, Speed(kV), and torque/climb angle ?
3. Your vehicle weight and loading weight?
4. Lithium or lead-acid Battery?
