-Can i try one sample first and when can i get? Yes, with low cost such as US$5 free shipping, US, Ru, Ukraine, UK, Ca, Fr, Au, Israel etc customers could get sample in 7 working days.
-Can i custom packing? Yes, we offer free packing such as custom cartons, add tags, stick labels etc.
-None track or new update of tracking information after ship? We guarantee 24 hours shipment for retail orders, if parcel unable to track in 3 days, we will check and solve problem asap. Some parcel need be picked up after few days since arrive in local office, and parcels are uncontrolable after leave Chiina, customer sometimes need to wait few days before deliver, or contact with us / local office by tracking number.
-Running out of time for receipt? Please ask us to extend deliver time for 10 /20 /30 days before open dispute, refund acceptable if parcel was lost or deliver more than guarantee time.
-Why didn’t ship my order in 2 days after paid? Sometimes item would be sold out and need 3-5 days reproduce, we will contact with customer next day after order place for your advices.
