Rocket Espresso is pleased to present the 2012 premium plus v2. Our new machines continue the tradition of Rocket Espresso, producing the finest commercial grade, hand made, espresso machines available for your home and business. The Premium Plus range is ideally suited for home use, whereas the Professional range machines are plumbed to a water supply, which is perfect for restaurant and cafe applications.

The 2012 Giotto and Cellini Premium Plus machines now feature; International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) - CB Test Certificate Twin manometers, now display both pump and boiler pressure allowing the Barista to fully understand the extraction parameters. Insulated boiler for increased heat retention and thermal stability resulting in greater energy efficiency.

For 2012 we have removed the legendary Rocket Espresso nickel plating from our boiler in favor of newer and more thermally efficient materials. The 1.8 litre copper boiler retains the thick lead free brass end plates and is now wrapped in a special insulating blanket. This reflects to up to 30%25 increase in thermal stability and energy savings up to 22%25. Finally, we have replaced the old plastic tamper with a tamper more in keeping with style and build quality of our machines.
The Premium Plus range is available in either Giotto or Cellini body styles. 
New to the Premium Plus range is the full commercially rated SIRAI pressure stat, which has a far greater degree of accuracy over the life time of the machine. Additionally, the thermo siphon system has been enhanced through the use of increased diameter copper tubes that supply the water to the brewing group. Now includes a water reservoir, low level, indication warning system.

The 1.8 litre boiler ensures quick heat up time to optimise perfect extraction temperature of 92 degrees, now controlled by a full commercial grade, SIRI pressurestat.
