Specifications
The spindle uses hydrostatic and hydrodynamic bearing with high accuracy, good rigidity and long working life.This machine is mainly used for grinding cylindrical and conical hole.
The spindle uses hydrostatic and hydrodynamic bearing with high accuracy, good rigidity and long working life.
The worktable can be driven by hydraulic or manual way. It can realize variable speed of grinding and dressing feed.
The wheel can be feed automatically or manually, and hydraulic handle for wheel dressing.
The feeding driving system is composed by two separately transmission chains, to avoid the interference between grinding feed and adjusting and dressing feed.
Workhead spindle, wheel spindle, hydraulic pump, coolant pump, hydrostatic and hydrodynamic oil pump are driven by separate motors.
The machine is suitable for processing single workpiece in small bunches with high accuracy. And the process is easy and convenient to handle.
Main configuration includes coolant system, hydrostatic and hydrodynamic lubrication system, wheel balancing bar, wheel flange, three jaw self-centering chuck and other tools.
