Turning Insert for Cast iron, Finish machining, Negative angle.
Chip breaker: CX
Useage: For finishing turning, suitable for gray and nodular Cast Iron.
Recommended cutting parameters: ap=0.15-1.7mm; fn=0.08-0.3mm/r
Process: longitudinal turning, facing and coping
Charactoristic: light cutting groove with lower cutting force. With advantage for machining vibration sensitive parts and unstable clamping parts. It can provide bitter and more consistent quality for through hole turning.

Recommended grade: CTC052
ISO classification: K10 (K05-K15)
Color: Black
Application recommendation: CVD coating grade; extremely thick, smooth and wear-resistant coating on extremely hard substrate. Recommended for high speed turning of nodular Cast Iron.
Optional grade: CTC102
ISO classification: K15 (K10-K25)
Color: Black
Application recommendation: CVD coating grade, smooth and wear-resistance materials coated on hard substrate, can bear harsh intermittent cutting conditions. Universal grade for all Cast Iron rough cutting at low to medium speed.
