1. remove the steel wires from the tire and put the whole tire to the tire breaker to get 50*50 rubber blocks.

2. crush the rubber blocks into rubber powder and seperate the steel wire.

3. using air suspension principle, to remove fibre from the rubber powder

cut the sidewall from the tire

2 Rubber circle press machine

seperate steel wire from the tire mouth

3 Rubber slitting machine

cut the tire into rubber strips

4 Rubber blocks cutting machine

cut rubber strips into blocks

5 Rubber crusher

crush the rubber blocks into 5-10 mesh rubber powder

6 Separate

separate the steel wire by magnetic separators
