Application of the equipment
Rubber belt folding back machine main effect:by machanical double glue instead of artical plastic operations such as tapping a triangle bag and,make its more mechanized,reduce labor intensity,and omproves the production effciency.
This device can replace manual pick up glue,film or fall under the drum from the roll of rubber conveyor belt by the conveyor belt conveyor belt roller,auto conveyor belt whereabouts and can automatically start the film back and forth,automatic transmission,automatic pack up,film to film oscillation,the demand of automatically can be optional automatic little knife.
The machine can realize compressors,or four machine etc,parameters setting,and only one inspection.The full realization of computer parameters operation,is advantageous for the regulation of rubber mixing process,make the rubber mixing effect is stable,homogenous,workers can avoid the error caused by human reason,such as uneven mixing defects such as lack of time.
