Production Application of laser welding machine

Laser welding can be used to the welding between the same metal materials, such as Titanium, Nickel, Tin, Zinc, Copper, Aluminum, Chromium, Niobium, Gold, Silver and all kinds of Alloy.

4.We will supply brochures for simple trouble-shootings of the machine, which will help you dealing with the common problems happened to the machine. Warranty

1	No laser beam is emitted.	1.Please check if the electric circuit is good, 2.If the power supply is good 3.Check the insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) 4.There may be droplets in the laser cavity, wipe them away. 5.Please check if the signal is good, and if the voltage of capacitor  is higher than that of the xenon lamp
2	The laser beam is fading away during work	Check if there is water seeping on the surface of laser crystal bar,  if yes,please power off the machine and refasten the laser crystal, or  please install the O-shape sealing ring, and clean the surface.  Contaminated focusing lens can weaken the laser beam as well,  please clean and maintain it regularly.
3	The buzzer is alarming during work  and soon the machine is powered off	The temperature of the cooling water has surpassed the ceiling,  please check if the water switch has been opened and if the water  route is clear
4	The flood light is darkening when the laser beam is being emitted	1.The floodlight may be broken 2.insufficient power supply
