Heat exchanger, also called heat transfer machine, is the equipment that can transfer certain heat from the thermal fluid to the cold fluid. It is the essential equipment to achieve the heat exchange and transfer during the production process.
The type of heat exchanger that our company can provides: Spiral-plate heat exchanger, corrugated tube heat exchanger, threaded pipe heat exchanger, plate heat exchanger, spiral baffle plate heat exchanger, double-tube plate heat exchanger, fin tubular heat exchanger, float-head heat exchanger, U-tube heat exchanger, stacked heat exchanger, and decompose type heat exchanger etc.
Heat exchange area and pressure can be customized according to customers’ requirements. The tube heat exchangers which include U type, float-head type, corrugated tube type.

Jiangsu ShuoYun Petrochemical Equipment Co., LTD. is the pressure vessel, heat exchanger, evaporator manufacturer. We have passed ASME and the exam of boiler/pressure vessels welder, recognized by Technical Supervision Bureau. After years of arduous pioneering, now our factory covers an area of 48000 square meters, construction area of 36000 squaremeters, 18 meters high, 130 meters long and have the ability to undertake large equipment. Our factory main products are: high pressure reaction kettle, evaporator, heat exchanger, dryer, etc.
The company organization construction of the high quality worker team, visiting a batch of from famous petrochemical equipment research and manufacturing unit of technical experts, there are a number of technology and management personnel engaged in machinery manufacturing technology and management personnel. Existing 5 senior engineers, 15 engineers, 10 assistant engineers.
The number of the holder for welding certificates is more then 50 peoples, with over 200 qualified projects.
In processing, the material of CS, SS, TA has 8000 tons per year. And the material of HC, Monel, etc. has 1000 tons per year.
