     YRTM rotary table bearing consist of a thrust/radial housing washer, a thrust/radial shaft washer, a thrust washer, two Axial needle roller and cage assemblies and a group of radial cylindrical roller . The Housing washer and shaft washer have equally spaced fitting bolt. This kind of bearings( YRTM)can support high axial load and radial load ,and it also have high tilting rigidity and high precision. YRTM rotary table bearing is based on the YRT rotary table bearings, it is mounted with magnetic angle measuring system, in order to accurately measure and adjust the angle of the bearing rotating and make sure the high rotation speeds.The Measuring system is composed of transmission chain and measuring scale. It adopts pure inductive measurement principle, so the signal,and the precision of measuring is very high. YRTM can work reliably without too much maintenance; the application scope is very wide. It can be applied to high precision rotary table and axis rotation, index head, military radar, aviation, aerospace and the field with the high accuracy of Angle rotation in the measuring and the Test equipment.

Limiting speeds:The bearings allow the limiting speeds given in the dimension tables. The operating temperatures occurring are heavily dependent on the environmental conditions. Calculation is possible by means of a thermal balance analysis based on frictional torque data.

Bearing preload:Once the bearings have been fitted and fully screw mounted,they are radially and axially clearance-free and preloaded.

Temperature differences:Temperature differences between the shaft and housing influence the radial bearing preload and thus the operating behaviour of the bearing arrangement. If the shaft temperature is higher than the housing temperature,
the radial preload will increase proportionally, so there will be an increase in the rolling element load, bearing friction and bearing temperature.If the shaft temperature is lower than the housing temperature,the radial preload will decrease proportionally, so the rigidity will decrease to bearing clearance and wear will increase.
