The advantages of the lastest style semi-trailer YHZS50 concrete batching plant :
1. Only one conveyor belt needed between weight and transport which saves some space and reduces the failure rates.
2. No need foundation for Silo, it can be moved together with host machine at any time, but make sure it is concrete base for per leg of mixing plant and keep the horizontal plane.
3. “Fuhua” rear axle brake system and traction devices are used.
4. When the transport, the control room packed up and Mixing Plant placed is level, the headstock is easy for hanging all the devices as the support of semi-trailer’s legs.
5. During transportation, only the stairs and guardrails should be removed; the rest devices can be moved together during transport including the control room.
6. The distance from the highest point to ground is less than 4.5m during the transportation of Mobile Mixing Plant.
7. It takes only one day for disassemble and the other one day for installation. Save more time and reduce the labor cost and hoisting machine's cost, very economic;
8. Discharge height is 3.8m;
9. More Accurate weighing system.
10. Herringbone belt is easier for material tilting.
11. It uses the same belt using for weighing and conveying.
