The multi layers coextruded blown film is made of PA and PE material. One-step forming process also makes the material has the advantage of high barrier, anti-impact, anti-pierce and high strength, solvent-free. According to the application in different area, using symmetrical or unsymmetrical unitized construction, Co-extrusion blown film can be divided into 2 classification according to its material srtucture.

Specification:
Five layers co-extruded film
Material Structure: PE/TIE/PA/TIE/PE
Thickness in range of 50 micron to 350 micron, Width can be 100mm to1000mm.

* PA as barrier layer and increase shelf life
* Excellent barrier properties of oxygen and water
* Leakage resistant and high moisture proof
* Coextruded film has high puncture and tear resistance
* Printability & heat-sealability
* Good stretch formability

Features:

- Microwave safe, dishwasher safe,freezer safe and BPA free
- Coextruded film prevents freezer burn
- Suitable for deep freezing down to -40°C
- Suitable for pasteurization up to 100°C
Application:
For food packaging, such as meat,sausage,seafood,fruit,vegetables and cheese,etc.
Durability against Freezing at -40°C & Boiling at 100°C for 30min.

Note:
1. Sizes are customized available.
2. Printing and zipper process are not available on our side.
3. Some handling might cause pinhole. Also, unsuitable for sharp products.
