Product Description

1. MAIN APPLICATION

a, Full hardness (52-54HRC) plastiy moulds with high polishing and long lifetime requirements (such as Bakelite plastic moulds)

b, Lead, Zn and Alalloy die casting moulds (such as engine radiator, lights and other decration products)

c, Aluminium extruded moulds (such as Aluminum window frame, computer radiator)

d, Hot forging moulds (such as auto connecting rods, crank, stainless dinner knife)

e, Cu ally extruded, die casting moulds.

2. DELIVERY CONDITION

EF or ESR, hot rolled or forged, black surface or milling

Hardness: annealed to HB≤229

3. CHARACTERISTICS
