Reaction bonded silicon carbide spiral nozzles are critical components of thermal power plant, large furnace, desulfurating and dedusting complete equipments.  The products have high strength, high hardness, high thermostability, anticorrosion and antifraying and so on.  2. Design characteristic

1) SJ type spiral nozzles are a new kind of tapered spraying nozzle. The angle of jet flow is 60°-170°.

2) SJ type spiral nozzles have compact design. They can let the liquid reach max flow in given pipes. As the nozzles have expedite channels, they can reduce the chocking phenomenon at utmost. This kind of nozzles are suitable for installing most pipes system.

3) SJ type spiral nozzles have external thread from 1/4”-4”. They are suit for major common pipes. They also have many kind of flow rate and spray angle to reach customers’ requirements.

4) SJ type spiral nozzles are made in good silicon carbide powder.

5) SJ type spiral nozzles are widely used in environmental protection area, such as desulfidation of waste gas, dust elimination, washing and cooling gas etc.
