Working Principle of Donut Machine
1. Ingredients: powder (or high powder), milk, light cream, white sugar, eggs, milk powder,
yeast, baking powder, salt, butter
2. Decoration materials: chocola, milk, coconut shred, powdered sugar, granulated sugar,
almond slice, pistachio nuts, cream, jam, fruit nuts, etc.
Advantages of Donut Machine
1.
We have 3 style producing mini(20mm) ,middle(36mm) and large(40mm) size donuts.
Donuts (diameter 20mm) can be produced into 38mm donuts 1200 pcs/hour
Donuts (diameter 36mm) can be produced into 70-75mm donuts 960 pcs/hour
Donuts (diameter 40mm) can be produced into 80mm donuts 800 pcs/hour
(To make thick or thin donuts ,you just adjust the inside diameter to do )
2.Each style machine has 2 parts controller.One is for the shaping donut ,the other is for the boiling.
3.Making donuts have 2 models with donut machine :making one or two donut and make this choice by a controller on top of machine.The temperature of oil in the slot will be controlled by controller which keep temperature system.
4.You can turn to choose your time easier with this donut machine.
5.Production-line will roll the shaped donuts for collecting
