Return policy
1. All goods are inspected before shipment. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can exchange the items within 5 days and you must contact us within 24 hours of the receipt of your purchase. Or you can apply refund. Full payment refund will be given only when all items keep in their original condition.
2. Damaged items or missing components are not refundable.

Once the PI has been confirmed and ordered goods are ready, a refund will not be available for a canceled order.

A. For spare-parts, express delivery like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS would offer us very good discounts.
