A: We mainly sell our products to North America,Europe,Mid East,Western,Europe,Northern Europe,Southern Europe,Eastern Asia

Q: What's your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 10pcs per model and totally no less than 20ft Container.

Q: Do you accept the sample order?
A: Yes, It is welcomed to order sample order to test the quality.

Q: What is your package?
A: Plastic foam wrapped on surface of the products, out of the foam are the stardard carton.

Q: What's your payment terms?
A: T/T,L/C,OA120 days are acceptable.

Q: What is your delivery time?
A: 25 working days after the order was confirmed. more than 3 containers, the delivery time will take 30 working days.

Q: What about the warranty?
A: 10years for glass, ABS.2years for spare parts, we usually offer spaer parts like rollers, handles for free load with the container.
