Waste Tire Shredder
Tire crusher is applicable for both radial tire and bias tire. This device is designed to crusher tires into blocks of 50*50 mm for further processing. It is formed with in feed funnel, motor, gear transmission system, crushing chamber, classifier, main body, etc.
Tire shredder working principle:
The blades in the crushing chamber are driven turning by the main motor to shear the tires with outer diameter less than 1.2m from the in feed funnel. During the shearing process, blocks less than or equal to 50*50mm are filtered out through the screen, bigger size will be send back for crush again until smaller than the above mentioned size.
Tire shredder advantages:
- Double shaft shearing method optimizes the drive force and avoids jam and mean while reduces the moment of overturning
- Cycloidal-pin gear speed reducer planetary reducer features high working capacity, high efficiency, low noise, low volume and long lifetime.
- Horny alloy blade edge can be shaped several times to ensure long lifetime for blade.
- Easy shaft replacement and maintenance.
