Description of PVC Sheet Extrusion Line

1. Extruder screw and barrel are made of high quality special alloy steel. This is a universal screw designed to achieve flexibility for extrusion of materials like PS,PP. The barrier screw enables improvement in plastification,mixing  and productivity.   

2. Coat-hanger die uses double throttling design to ensure sheet thickness accurate.

3. Temperature can be precisely controlled within ±1 °C. Precisely manufactured rollers, hardened and mirror finished surface for suiperier surface properties and excellent thickness control. Independent roller temperature control system is able to make sheet thickness uniform.

4. Winder is equipped with high quality torque motor,it can adjust rewinding speed and tension.

5. This sheet production line has automatic meter counter to set the length of sheet.
