FLange adaptor
is one of our factory's main products , it's manufacturing include six procedures.Among the finished products manufacturing made by the advance casting method---the Lost Foam, the "white piece"is the key of the later proceduers, which has a great influence on the qulity of the products. The outline shows as below:
First, mold compoent manufacturing .
i) Put the big dense polyethylene paticles in mold equipment ,
ii) Heating meanwhile add the proper pressure,
iii) Keep the set proper seconds , then colding it .
Second, combine the compoents into an "end" of overall
I Stick the same size components with thick ,high-procient glue
II At the time , socket end in different size is formed.
Third, make the ends a compete pipe fittings as required
Like double flange , stick two flanged-end with the equivenlent boby ect.
