Energy Saving 1200C Multi-Position Vacuum Atmosphere Tube Furnace
SZGL-1200C Multi-position vacuum tube furnace adopted high quality polycrystalline alumina fiber curing furnace chamber with good insulation properties. And equipped with resistance wire as heating elements, intelligent temperature control system with 30 segment program, phase-shift trigger and SCR control. It can working at vertical or horizontal status can meet different experimental requirement. And it can working in vacuum or atmosphere, so used more widely.
Main function and features:
1.Adopted KF quick flange sealing, only need a clamp flange the connection can be done. It is very convenient to put and take the specimen. Avoiding bolt leakage by artificial operation and reduced the ratio of heating tube damaging which caused by installation flanges.
2. The furnace tube can be working at any angle, vertical, horizontal or any else angle. Used more widely.
3.Adopt imported polycrystalline fiber vacuum absorption furnace chamber; the resistance wire is used high quality resistance alloy silk 0Cr27Al7Mo2, servicing time more longer.
4.Reserved vacuum, gas road fast interface, could working with our vacuum system or mixed gas system.
5.Reserved 485 data transfer interface, can be connected with PC through software. It has remote control, real time tracking, history recorder, and output report function. And can be installed the paperless recorder for data storage and output (software for optional purchase).
6. Built - in thermocouple, real-time monitoring the temperature of the heated material (optional purchase).
Main applications:
Used for universities, research institutions, industrial and mining enterprises to do
high temperature sintering atmosphere, atmosphere restoring, CVD/CVI experimental
and vacuum annealing.
