Electric arc furnace melting→Refining furnace → Vacuum treatment furnace → Cast ingot → Steel ingot anneal → Heating → High-speed forging,refining forging → Anneal,retarded cooling,air cooling → Quenching and tempering tretment → Finishing operation → Text → Finished products

6. Factory state:

Hot rolled or forged. Annealed hardness≤241. Black surface or as your requirement.
