A world first, our towels are treated with a unique "platinum shield" technique

(international patent application PCT/JP2011/007187).

Our towels are the result of 120-year-old traditional production techniques,

handed down through the years, and combined with the latest technology.

With superior absorbency, they've passed rigorous tests.

We've placed a great emphasis on comfort of use.

Made in Imabari, Japan's greatest producer of towels,

our products have passed a specially-devised,

rigorous quality inspection to be awarded the Imabari Mark of Recognition.

They've also been given the Nano-platinum Mark for the special nano-platinum treatment applied to them.

Made from long fibers, our towels have a supple texture and brilliant luster.

For superior durability and absorbency, extra-long cotton has been used.

Not only that, but we use large amounts of the highest quality Supima cotton,

for comfort of use that is second to none.

We've obtained an international patent for our safe and secure nano-platinum treatment,

developed in Japan.

Awarded the SEK Mark for antibacterial finished textiles 

by the Japan Textile Evaluation Technology Council (a general incorporated association).

Our nano-platinum treatment has anti-bacterial effects, limiting the growth of bacteria,

and by restraining the growth of these odor-causing microbes, it also has odor-minimizing effects.

For this reason, even if you dry the towels indoors, our special treatment will fight off

unpleasant odors for clean, fresh towels that are lovely to use.

Our anti-bacterial, anti-odor treatment has passed testing where towels were washed 400 times,

so you can be assured of their long-lasting cleanliness.

Platinum fibers are silver particles shrunk down using an advanced technological process to

nano size (one ten millionth of a meter).

These nano particles are applied to fibers through our platinum shield technique.
