Application of this heating mixing machine:
This temperature controlled machine is widely used for heating and filling viscous or sticky material that needs heating and stirring, such as lipstick, crayon, foundation cream, jam, pigment, dyestuff, etc.
Feature of this mixing and filling machine:
- An ideal and economic small device that used in daily coemetical industry.
- A 15L small device with heating and filling function.
- Ordinary heating adopts electrical heated tub through medium of water, water temperature can be controlled.
- If temperature is required to be over100°C, the heating medium can be conduction oil.
- The discharge port can be equipped with a heating block to avoid material solidification.
