Hot and Cold pack
- Cold compress: use for physical therapy applications, heatstroke, headaches, muscle strain and fatigue
- Hot compress: alleviate rheumatic pain, muscular pain, sciatica, back pain and post surgical applications
- Can be used as hot or cold compress easily and conveniently
- Use for first-aid applications

Cold Use
Put the pack into the refrigerator freezer 30 minutes for cold use.
Hot Use
Microwave method
1. Put the pack on a paper plate or paper towel, flatten the pack and ensure the gel is evenly distributed.
2. Use extreme caution when removing as the pouch can get very hot. It is recommended that the pouch is
wrapped in any towel cover when used for hot applications.
Hot water method
Bring 3 quarts of water to boil. Remove water from heat. Immerse gel pack in water for 5-10 minutes. Remove pack from water and always insert it into any towel cover.
