Process: Aluminium Extruding - Heat Treatment (Cooling) - Sand Blasting - Anodizing / Powder Coating / Wood Finish Effect
We have 11 extrusion lines, including machines of 630 tons, 1000 tons, 1800 tons, 2500 tons, we can extrude profiles with section size from Min. 10*10mm to Max. 300*300mm.
If required by Customer, sand blasting and anodizing is available, so are powder coating and wood finish effect.

Process: Aluminium Extrusion - Cutting - Punching & Drilling - CNC Machining.
We have 14 cnc machining lines including Precision cutting, Punching, Drilling and CNC Machining, take aluminium profile as material, we can make lots of different shape of aluminium frame and parts, mainly include Aluminium heatsink, enclosure/box, solar panel frame, etc.
