1. Manufacturers & store

    SUNHOPE is manufacturer in PanYu town, Guangzhou city, and we have three stores in Guangzhou and Shenzhen . If you have friend in these city, you can take few samples in free.

2.Sample

    Less than 5pcs samples are free, and you only pay for shipping cost. We will send stock sample to you ASAP after you confirm order and pay shipping cost by Paypal, or use yourself account of DHL, FEDEX, and UPS etc.

3. Unit price & shipping cost

    Our entire products offer is EXW unit price, not include shipping cost. The Ladder price is: 100-1000, 1000-2000 And more than 3000.Different products have different weight and volume, and different express have different shipping cost and delivery.Guangdong province is a free shipping if your order more than 1000RMB.

4.Color

    We usually have 8 colors for TPU case and 2 colors for PC case and more colors for leather case. If you want custom other color, you need pay extra 35USD for each color, and you must order more than 500pcs/color for mobile phone case or 300pcs/color for laptop case.

5. Payment term

    After confirm order, you need pay 30% payment after received our invoice, so we can arrange product for you. Then you must pay the last 70% and we give you shipping before confirm received it. Or you need pay full payment if you need we sent stock to you ASAP. Small money use Paypal and big order use T/T.

6. Delivery time

    Finish an order about 5-7 workdays and shipping days about 3-5 workdays or more. If have stock, it only 1-2 days.

7. Packing

    Our general packing is papercard + PE bag for each case. PC case and leather case use OPP bag. 10pcs in a big PE bag.500pcs case for each big carton. Laptop cases will 150pcs-300pcs each box. Big box size is: 61*30*40cm. we can accept custom pack, but it also need extra payment.
