1. This model of lift is designed and produced based on customers’ special requirements: load capacity, lifting height, platform size and power supply.

2. Two mainly types according to different sites. One is to be sited on a special place to loading cargos and then lifting to a certain height and move the cargos.

3. They other type sited into a lift pit. The table of lift is in the same level with the ground which is convenient to move the cargo onto it. In this way it also called freight elevator.

Delivery Detail:

· If the size is suitable for container ship, usually by container;

· If the size is too big, usually by bulk ship or by container after truncation;

Safety:

1. Control Device:Calling box (installed on the wall nearby) and remote controller(Extra optional)

2.Emergency Stop:The lifting and lowering process can be stopped immediately by 

   pressing the emergency button.

3. Safety Interlock: Lock the platform when it is out of control

4. Emergency lowering:The platform can be lowered by opening hydraulic valve manually or rolling screw rod.

5. The lift has hydraulic overload protective organization to ensure that equipment will not lift when the load beyond its rated load capacity.

6. The machine equipped single control solenoid valves to prevent the platform dropping if power failure. You can open the manual dropped valve to lower the platform to the home position.
