DL25cnc turning center has following features:

Host machine is controlled by FANUC 0i-TC, spindle motor is AC servo motor,

It can finish such machining as turning, drilling, milling and tapping to all kinds of rotary parts.

Bed is integrated cast, larger load section, excellent rigidity, not-easy to deform, which guarantee high-accuracy cutting machining.

Main drive is AC servo motor, with high resolution spindle loop pulse encoder and spindle hydraulic brake device, which can realize high-accuracy C-axis indexing function and milling machining.

Equipped with original 12-station servo driven turret imported from Italy, can finish combined machining of drilling, milling and

tapping as well as turning, which improve accuracy and machining ability.
