1. Strict Temperature Tolerance Testing:
All of our cells used for our jump strater need to be in 65℃ Temperature testing box for a week, in 80℃ testing box for 4 hours, to make sure our product can tolerate higher temperature, especially in summer time.
2. AGA is the first one who used Balance Charging Tech for jump starter.
This tech enable each battery cell be charged at exactly same level to prolong product's lifespan!
3. Allianz Insurance On Product Quality And Safety:
AGA product has been approved by the world's biggest insurance company Allianz. All our product has been covered with Allianz Product Quality Liability Insurance.
4. Best Lithium Polymer Battery Material:
Imported pure Lico 02 from Japan, the cost is 800 thousands RMB/ton, other supplier will add(Limo4) whose cost is only about 40 thousands RMB/ton. The battery containing(Limo4) will suffer high rate of swelling.
5. Battery cell produced by our own factory.
More than 10 years' experience on high rate Lithium Battery research and production, make sure all our jump starter using A grade cell with best quality and safety.
6. Low resistance:
Our Ultra-sonic metal soldering will lower down the internal resistance comparing with tin soldering.
7. Largest Production Capacity:
We are the largest lipo battery factory with two product lines for positive and two for negative.other factories only have two product lines in total. we can reach the largest production capacity in China at short time.
