Description

 

ANT-621 cement based wall lacquer putty

 

It's a special polymer modified Portland cement based putty. It can be used as bottom layer treatment of exterior wall decoration or exterior coating through stirring the product manually or electrically(the thickness of stirring coating is less than 3mm).  

 

Technical performance 

 

1,excellent binding property, no shell, no peel, no surface picking  2,waterproof,crack resistant

 

3,good sanding property

 

Scope of use 

 

Used for interior wall and exterior wall,gypsum board,aitken board,concrete wall,cement wall and so on.

 

Base Surface Preparation   

 

The base surface should be dry, solid, smooth, no crack, oil stain and dust.

 

Application  

 

1, stir once the putty manually or electrically to use, do not need to add water if stir it again.

 

2, plaster the putty on the base surface,plaster it evenly by steel trowel,planish the putty by emery paper when it dry,plaster the coating or stick the wall paper.

 

3, it needs about 1.0-1.5kgs per square meter if the thickness of putty is 1mm.

 

Please note   

 

construction temperature is 5°C-35°C,please use the well-stirred product within 2 hours.This product contains alkali, 

please be careful of your skin and eyes. Please refer to the instructions of our products or contact with us. 

 

Storage and packing  

 

This product can be stored for 9 months under seal in cool and dry place.

packing: 25 kgs/bag,24 tons per 20ft. lored putty equipped with colorpaste.
