A1: Normally costs of samples and freight is charged. Sample costs shall be refunded to customer upon bulk orders. Samples will be shipped via express like DHL/UPS or by airway upon receipt of sample costs.

A2: To save your time, please send us via email all your detailed requests such as item number, quantity, color, etc. We will reply you within 24 hours excluding holidays.
Q3: About the payment terms?
A3: a. West Union/Money Gram (sample order); b. T/T: 30% in advance, balance before loading the goods; c. L/C at sight; d. Other payment terms can be negotiated.
Q4: About the minimum order quantity?
A4: 1*40ft container, about 1200sets.
Q5: About the shipment?
A5: a. By EMS/DHL: small quantity order; b. By sea: container load.
