Fusible Plug for Fluid Coupling
1.Introduction
There are low melting point alloy in the center hole of the fusible plug. When the temperature of fluid coupling is too high ,the alloy will melt,the fluid will erupt from the hole,and turn off the fluid drive,then it will protect the electric motor.
2.Melting temperature
Water medium fluid coupling: Melting temperature 110-120°C
Oil medium fluid coupling : Melting temperature 125-135°C
Special occasion fluid coupling : Melting temperature 135-145°C
3.Notes
1.Could not use the solid plug replace the fusible plug.
2.The fusible plug hydrojeting is normal,not the accident.
3.After hydrojet,pls add the mew fluid and the new fusible plug.
4.Pls add a shield on the fluid coupling,to protect the environment.
