Main Process of  corn   oil refinery   equipment :

Degumming and deacidification: The gumming is moved by phosphoric acid and hot water. There are two ways to move the acid in the soybean oil. One is chemical way, the other one is physical way. The chemical way is using NaOH to react with acid. This way is suitable for the capacity of 5-30T per day. The physical way is using steam and centrifugal to move the acid. This way is used for capacity from 30-2000T per day.

1. Acid reaction process in  corn   oil refinery  equipment

Oil temperature can be adjusted by screw plate heat exchanger. When the temperature is heated to about 80℃, mixing about 85% food grade phosphoric acid into acid reaction tank for reacting. In the tank, most non-hydrated phospholipid transfer into hydrated phospholipid.

2. Neutralization process  in  corn   oil refinery  equipment

Chemical neutralization process means adding acid alkali and water into oil to remove FFA.

3. Washing process in  corn oil refinery  equipment

Neutral oil still contains  soap, in order to reduce the residual content of soap,useing hot water to  absorb oil soap and other impurities.

4.Vacuum drying section in  corn oil refinery  equipment

 Residual water will be dried by the vacuum dryer.

5. Decolorization in  corn   oil refinery  equipment
: This step is used to adjust the color of the oil. You can control the color of the soybean according to the requirement of your market.

6. Deodorization in  corn oil refinery
: The function of this step is to move the special smell in the oil. This is an

important standard for refined oil.
