Function
This dry cabinet is designed to protect tht electronic gadgets and collectable items from moisture damage, adjustable from 20%RH to 50%RH. The interior ambient is controlled by precise state-of-art digital controller. The storage condition of relative humidity and temperature can be traced, recorded and graphed easily by data logger.
I. Suitable Scope
It is applicable to drying heat treatment of articles under vacuum conditions in industrial and mining enterprises as well as in medical colleges and scientific research institutions.
II. characteristics
1, The working chamber is made of high quality sheet or corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Toughened bulletproof double glass door, to observe clearly the object in the working chamber.
2, The air-tightness of the chamber door is adjustable, with a wholly shaped silicon rubber door sealing loop; so as to guarantee in-chamber high vacuum.
3,Intelligent temperature controller, based on microprocessor with PID parameters controlling function, and digital display make temperature accurate and reliable.
4,Be sure to the temperature is not excess and the heat up power can be adjusted.
Options:
1. Static-free processing: Imported advanced double layer powder baking finish coating with permanent anti static, it is scuffing bearing and prevent electric penetration from static as low humidity.
2. Rapid dehumidity system: The system can be installed any kind of industry cabinet without assistant of N2(Nitrogen). Intelligent Micro computer Fuzzy humidity sensor can read the humidity automatically, and then start rapid dehumidifying system, and it will stop when the humidity get to set value.
