Introduction for Floating Fish Feed Machine
We are professional at designing and manufacturing fish feed pellet machines for making floating fish feed pellets. Floating fish feed machine is widely used for producing grains into high-grade aquatic feed pellets for fish, catfish, shrimps, crab etc. The fish feed pellet extruder can be divided into two types: dry type fish feed extruder and wet type extruder.
1. The diameter can be 0.9-10mm.
2. Pellet moisture content before drying is 18%-20%.
3. Fish pellet temperature before cooling is about 80 ℃.
4. Both floating and sinking pellet are available, determined by the formula( we can send at free charge after you placing order)
5. Ingredients for making fish feed pellets: Fish oil,Fishmeal,Soya protein,Wheat gluten,Wheat and peas, Minerals,Vitamins,Pigments,Canthaxanthin.
Floating Fish Feed Machine Wet and dry type which one?
1. Dry type fish feed extruder does not need the steam boiler, so the dry type fish feed pellet machine is cheaper and easier to use and operate.
2. The feed pellet made by wet type fish feed pellet machine is more smooth and with better quality because the material is ripen and mixed enough in the conditioner compared with the dry type extruder.
3. The capacity of the dry type feed pellet machine is lower than the wet type fish feed pellet machine, so usually the dry type fish feed pellet machine is better and economic for the small and medium size user or factory.
