1. Product Introduction:

SVC (TND/TNS) series servo motor voltage stabilizer is the first generation of voltage stabilizer and made of contact type self-coupling voltage regulator, servo motor and automatic control circuit, etc. When the network voltage is unstable or the load change, the automatic sampling control circuit sends a signal to drive the servo motor to adjust the  contact type self-coupling voltage regulator's carbon brush position, which finally make the output voltage regulated to the rated value and be stable.

4. Packing Procedures:

Step 1: Prepare the plywood case.

Step 2: Put the unit on the polywood pallet, clean the cabinet and parts.

Step 3: Cover it with plastic stretch film.

Step 4: Put 4 sides plywood panel together with the pallet, fasten the metal hook buckle, put foam inside, finally put top plywood panel together with the 4 sides plywood panel and fasten the metal hook buckle.

A4: Self-control all raw materials, strict processing quality control and delivery inspection, every single unit of our product will be tested with load, however, other suppliers only do simulate test with electricity.

Q5: How can I get your after-sales service if the product has any fault ?

Step 1: Inform us about the specific fault with images or video.

Step 2: We evaluate the fault and find the reason & solution, then give you technical support by e-mail or phone call until the fault solved.

Step 3: If the fault caused by our manufacturing defects, we will send you free spare parts if needed within warranty until the fault solved, however, if the fault caused by your improper installation/operation/maintenance, you need to buy the spare parts.
