   Yes, you can. Our samples are only free for the customer who confirm order. But the freight for express in on buyer’s.

2) What is your MOQ?

   The MOQ depends on the design and processes of the products. For the majority of pur bathroom sets, our MOQ is 10,000 sets.

3) Can we combine many items size in one contain in my first order?

   Yes, you can . But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.

4) What is the normal lead time?

   A. For plastic products, the delivery time is within 15-20 work days after receive 30% deposit.

   B. For Aluminum products, the delivery time is 25-30 days after we received 30% deposit.

   C. For OEM products, the delivery time is 30-40  days after we received 30% deposit.

5) what is your payment term?

   Usually, we accept TT 30% deposit, and balanced 70% before delivery

   After first, we can accept TT 30% deposit, and balance against the B/L copy within 25-30 days after departure from the port

6) what is your shipping way?

   We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your requirements. Such as by sea, by air, by express and so on.

7) How to control products quality?

  We will male sample before the mass production, after sample approved. We will begin production . During production, we will inspect and rand before packing, taking pictures after packing

8) If any quality , how to settle it for us?

  If you breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
