1,Material Inspection

   All the raw material need to be inspected according to our standard.

   We request tempered glass safety, 5*5cm must be broken into at least 60pcs of spots.

   ABS board is 100% virgin material,without any recycled, 10% acrylic in both surface to ensure 5-6 years without        any fading.

2,Assembly Inspection 

   Inspectors will double check drilling holes size and position,parts quantity in each boxes.

3, Function Inspection.

   All of bathtub water testing is at least 24hours. To ensure all the functions meet standard. 

4.Final Inspection

   Before loading container, we install about 10% of each order, to test the apprearance. 

5,Inspection report

   We will note all points and submit inspection report to QC superior,if everything is excellent, he will sign pass in each report. Then we can load to container.
